Due to the continuing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), it has been decided to postpone Nickelodeon Big Base Camp as a precautionary measure.
A new date for the event has not yet been set.
We appreciate that this is disappointing for everyone who was due to attend the event, however, our number one priority is to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
If you have purchased tickets for Nickelodeon Big Base Camp you will be eligible for a refund equal to the face value of your ticket (s), the booking fee and delivery costs.
Your refund will be processed automatically on Wednesday the 18th March and will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive in your bank account. If you have not received your money by the 26th March please contact the Kaboodle customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have closed your bank account since booking, please contact email@example.com by the 17th of March to let us know and we will help you to update your details.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

I paid using a voucher, will I still be refunded?
Yes, the refund will be processed to whoever purchased the voucher originally.
Will my booking and delivery fees be refunded?
Yes, your booking and delivery fees will be refunded along with the face value of your tickets.
Will any merchandise I’ve pre-ordered be refunded?
Yes, any merchandise you’ve pre-ordered will also be refunded.
